Refunds and exchanges
We accept returns in unbroken and untampered outer packaging (meaning the box the products are shipped in) within 30 days in exchange for a full refund.
We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Contact email@example.com about your issue and we’ll work it out together.

Please note that LivKind is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to LivKind.
